The Australian National University is seeking an experienced HR System Business Analyst to join the HR Systems team within the People and Culture Division. You will translate HR and Payroll requirements into practical system solutions using PeopleSoft HCM and related tools.
Reporting to the Team Leader, HR Systems Operations, you will evaluate processes, generate reports, and support design and implementation of modifications or current system components to meet user needs.
