Palladium is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator for the Recent Colombo Plan (NCP) Program Support Unit.
This 0.5 FTE job-share role will help coordinate the annual MEL Plan, convert evidence into insights, and support continuous improvement across DFAT-funded programs.
The position is based in Adelaide or Brisbane (preferred) with a focus on delivering robust MEL reporting, stakeholder engagement, and a robust emphasis on GEDSI and safeguarding compliance.
