AustCorp Executive is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Queensland branch, accountable for day-to-day operations and service delivery.
You will manage coordinators, team leaders and field technicians, drive SLA performance and client satisfaction, and report on branch financials.
The role requires solid ICT service background, 5+ years in management, proven P&L; and operations reporting, and ability to build client relationships.
Driver's Licence is mandatory.
