Job Description

Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a part time Physiotherapist to work across two Residential Aged Care Homes in Allora. You will deliver person-centred physiotherapy to promote mobility, independence, pain management and fall prevention for residents.

You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team, focusing on best practice care, documentation and continuous quality improvement. AHPRA registration and solid communication are essential.
