Western Health is seeking experienced pharmacists to join our team as Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist - Rotational. This full time role spans ongoing and fixed-term prospects at multiple Western Health sites in Melbourne's western region.
You will work to optimise patient outcomes through Quality Use of Medicines, support prescribers and patients, and mentor early career pharmacists and interns while contributing to creative Pharmacy Services.
