Job Description

TRS Resourcing is seeking an experienced Painter/Foreman to step into a Paint Performance Manager role in Geelong's precision manufacturing workplace. This hands-on leadership position will guide the paint team, manage daily workflow, mentor staff and drive high-quality finishes.

You’ll collaborate with management to streamline processes, monitor materials, allocate tasks, and uphold strict finishing standards across the shop.
