Psychology Team Leader | Lead, Inspire & Shape the Future of Allied Health

LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider supporting people with disability through therapy and assessment services delivered at home, in the community and via telehealth.

We're looking for a Board-Approved Supervisor and experienced Psychologist to lead, coach and grow a team of provisional and registered psychologists. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is purely a clinical leadership role with a reduced caseload, helping drive quality outcomes, clinician development and team success.

What You'll Do
Lead, mentor and supervise a team of 10 psychologists
Provide clinical supervision, report reviews and practice support
Drive team performance, engagement and professional development
Support onboarding, retention and workforce growth
Maintain a reduced clinical caseload

What We're Looking For
General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist




Board-Approved Supervisor status (essential)
Experience supervising and developing clinicians
Previous leadership or senior clinician experience
Robust NDIS and disability sector knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
