Xero is seeking a Senior Data & AI Governance Specialist to shape how data is managed as a strategic asset and how AI is governed responsibly. You will partner with teams to implement pragmatic governance, literacy programs, and actionable guidance that bridge policy and practice.
Reporting to the Director of Data & AI Governance, you will work across Legal, Product, Privacy and Risk to stay ahead of evolving regulations while enabling secure experimentation and customer trust.
