Respect Coates is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a part time role (24 hours per week) in Victoria. You will help ensure buildings, equipment and grounds are secure and well maintained, while coordinating contractors and maintenance tasks.

You will report to the General Manager and may be involved in asset records, preventative maintenance, and various refurbishment activities. This role offers a diverse day-to-day workload and on-call responsibilities.
