We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic person to join our busy team, assisting one of our directors with a wide range of tasks relating to listing and transacting commercial property including marketing preparation, presenting to prospective clients, assisting buyers, tenants & their consultants with enquiries and inspections and more.

The position involves assisting with:
Identifying & securing current prospects
Preparing submissions
Liaising with and reporting to clients
Coordinating property marketing
Conducting inspections with buyers, tenants, valuers and consultants
Working in the industrial, development site, office & retail sectors

The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Skilled presentation
Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed




Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Vehicle & driver’s license
Experience in commercial or residential agency preferred
