Mater is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Emergency Department, delivering high-quality clinical assessments and complex interventions within a rapid-paced, multidisciplinary workplace. You will exercise independent qualified judgment while liaising with patients, families and external agencies to optimise care and outcomes.
You will provide supervision and training to junior staff and students, contribute to service improvement, and ensure compliant documentation.
