We are currently seeking a Defect Manager to lead defect governance and drive resolution activities across a large-scale, technology-driven infrastructure transformation programs

Skills and Experience
Defect Manager background
QMetry experience
resolution timelines, and severity distribution.
Excel experience
Power BI experience
Experience within infrastructure, network, data centre migration, cloud, platform or technology uplift programs
Experience in advanced reporting and data analysis using Jira dashboards, Excel, Power BI tools
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery settings
