As a Practice Nurse, you'll support our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a contemporary and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Immunisations and vaccine management

/n
Wound care and dressings

/n
Health assessments and care planning

/n
Chronic disease management support

/n
Patient recalls and follow-up activities

/n
Infection control and accreditation activities

/n
Clinical administration and documentation

/n

About you /n

/n
To be successful, you will have:

/n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

/n




Previous nursing experience in General Practice, Primary Care or Community Health

/n
Robust clinical and communication skills

/n
A collaborative and patient-focused approach

/n
Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management (desirable)

/n
