You will drive personalised emails and lifecycle campaigns via HubSpot, working with brokers and Group Office teams to craft effective communications.
You'll also explore AI tools to improve workflows and engagement across the customer journey.
You will own content creation, QA, audience selection, and reporting, while coordinating stakeholder reviews and optimising performance.
