JBS Pork Australia Laverton is seeking an Australian Government Authorised Officer (AAO) to join the Quality Assurance team on a full time basis, Monday to Friday.
The role involves assisting in QA/QC systems and conducting ante-mortem and post-mortem duties in line with AEMIS guidelines.
You will inspect processes and products to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer meat safety standards, with a focus on accuracy, initiative and scheduled early starts.
