Job Description
IDP Education in Geelong is seeking an IELTS Operations Assistant to support the delivery of IELTS testing services and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the testing process. This casual role covers pre-test, test day and post-test activities while upholding IELTS standards and security procedures.

Shifts are Saturdays, with roughly two to three shifts per month, requiring solid organisational and service orientation.
