Bendigo’s newly renovated Huntly Hotel is looking for a hospitality superstar to join the team and take the reins of our large bistro and function spaces.

This is a rare prospect to step into one of Bendigo’s newest large-scale hospitality venues and put your stamp on a growing business with big plans.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, lead from the front, and help create memorable experiences for our guests while building a positive, motivated team culture.

About the role /n

As our Restaurant & Functions Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our bistro and function rooms, ensuring strong service standards, smooth events, and a excellent guest experience every time.

/n

You will work closely with senior management, kitchen, bar, and events teams to help drive the venue forward.

Strong restaurant, bistro, or functions experience

Confidence leading and developing a team

Excellent communication and organisation skills
