Job Description

Relationships Australia NT is seeking an Intake Officer to be the first point of contact for clients accessing counselling and mediation services in Darwin. The role requires compassionate communication, risk screening and robust organisational skills to connect people with the right support.

You will screen and assess clients, coordinate caseloads, maintain records and liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure, trauma-informed service delivery.
