Hapco Engineers in Welshpool, WA, is seeking an experienced Production Manager (First Class Machinist) for a full time, permanent role. This hands-on leadership position blends machining duties with production management and mentoring of workshop staff.

You will oversee day-to-day operations of the machine shop, read engineering drawings, quote jobs, manage production workflow and delivery timelines, and ensure safety and quality.
