Job Description
Care to Change is expanding its team in Brisbane, extending to the Pimpama region. We are seeking Disability Support Workers to help participants live in a supportive, healthy, and stimulating setting and work toward their NDIS goals.

The role includes assisting with behaviors of concern and requires compassionate, person-centered care. Essential qualifications include First Aid, NDIS checks, Blue Card, NDIS Orientation, a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, and CPR.
