NSW Health's St Vincent's Public Hospital in Sydney invites applications for a Registered Nurse (Year 2–8) to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team. This permanent full time role provides acute hospital-level care in patients' homes, delivering evidence-based nursing across diverse communities.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, manage care plans, and support referrals and collaborations with other specialists, while upholding NSW Health guidelines and local policies.
