Job Description

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a part time Kitchen Steward to support our two-brand operation across Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins and Holiday Inn Melbourne Bourke Street.

You will own the kitchen/stewarding area, keep supplies and equipment in check, and help maintain hygienic standards. Flexibility for night, weekend and holiday shifts is essential, and a Food Safety Certification is required.
