Job Description

Hands On Therapy is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming, qualified experience and supporting therapists throughout the day.

The role is rapid-paced and requires excellent communication, multitasking, and comfort with recent computer systems. You will manage calls, appointments, check-ins, and patient queries with warmth and efficiency.
