Your new role

As Team Leader - IT Administration, you'll take ownership of the local IT environment while supporting broader regional operations. The position combines hands-on technical support with responsibility for infrastructure, systems, networking, security and IT administration, while providing guidance to a small team.

What you'll need to succeed
5+ years' experience in IT support, systems or infrastructure
Solid Microsoft and Active Directory experience
Knowledge of servers, networking, virtualisation and backups
Understanding of IT security and access management




Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of an IT environment
Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be highly regarded
