Job Description

Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part Time Commis Chef to join our team of hospitality specialists. You will be working mainly the breakfast shift, preparing & serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and food prep for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients, while delivering high standards of food preparation, presentation and service.
