Job Description

TLC Healthcare is seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers for Melbourne's Altona North and Fitzroy North areas. You will join a team delivering person-centred care to residents, reporting to the Team Leader or RN, and supporting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, mobility and daily activities, documenting changes, and maintaining a respectful, secure workplace.
