Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a Demi Chef to join our opening team across The Pool Club and Nove. You will work alongside an experienced culinary leadership team across restaurant, bar, events and colleague dining experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes to high standard, supporting mise en place, maintaining food safety, managing your section during service, stock control, and collaborating with colleagues. Must have Australian working rights.
