We offer a structured New Graduate Program designed to help you transition into clinical practice with a step by step program designed to help you grow into your practice as a Speech Pathologist.
About The Role /n
As part of our cooperative multidisciplinary team, you'll provide person-centred speech pathology care while developing your skills across a diverse NDIS caseload.
/n
You’ll Have The Opportunity To
/n
/n
Conduct assessments to identify clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
/n
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on assessment results.
/n
Provide direct therapy to clients, utilising evidence-based practices.
/n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
/n
Educate clients and their families about communication strategies and techniques.
/n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
/n
Participate in career development and training opportunities.
/n
About The Candidate /n
/n
A relevant degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
/n
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
/n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
/n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
/n
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
/n
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
/n
