Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our inbound call team . In this role, you will be an important point of contact, delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Call Centre Manager.

Duties & responsibilities:
/n
/n
Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
/n
/n
Assist with appointment confirmations and general patient enquiries
/n
/n
Provide accurate and timely administrative support
/n
/n
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling patient and appointment information
/n
/n
Liaise confidently with secretarial staff and doctors
/n
/n
Contribute positively to the wider team and support day-to-day operations
/n
/n
Skills & experience:
/n
/n
Call Centre Experience is Essential for this role
/n
/n
Availability to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm
/n
/n
You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently
/n
/n
Ability to multi-task and work well in abusy workplace
/n
/n
Positive attitude and show initiative
/n
/n
Confident liaising with Specialist Doctors
/n
/n
High attention to detail
/n
/n
