The role: /n

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processor (Filleting) to join our team at our Huonville site, located just 30 minutes south of Hobart. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday- Friday roster, offering a chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Role requirements: /n

Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).

/n





Solid time management and organisational skills.

Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

/n
/n

Leadership experience is an advantage.

/n
/n

Forklift licence (highly desirable).
