Job Description

McArthur in Sydney is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our casual pool across all Sydney regions. You will provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Candidates should hold Cert III or higher in Disability or related field, have 6+ months experience, and be prepared for wide-ranging shifts, including weekends. We value compassionate, respectful in-home and community support, with robust communication and safety credentials.
