Job Description

Care Connect Group on the Northern Beaches is seeking a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to help clients maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes. You will work across community settings, delivering respectful, person-centred support and building trusted relationships within the local community.

Responsibilities include domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, mobility support and social support, with travel between client homes using your own vehicle.
