We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our experienced team at Rivers & Co - Steak & Ocean Grill, located on the water in Sanctuary Cove/Hope Island.

A Restaurant Manager who is happy to work under the direction of our Venue Manager

/n

Someone with solid operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality

/n

Someone who can manage the venue with pride & professionalism

/n

Our focus is on the guest experience, so a Manager who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service is a must. You are the eyes and ears and will direct the staff at all times

/n

We need a Manager who can manage rosters in accordance with criteria

/n

Someone who has a outstanding presentation and a real presence.

/n

You will have a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences because dealing with happy guests is the setting we create

/n

You'll be happy to train and develop the staff, and provide thorough and motivational briefings

/n

A senior team member who is positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader
