Job Description

Marriott International's Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is seeking a part time Cook to join the five-star kitchen team. You will work across multiple kitchen areas, including a la carte, buffet, cold larder, mis-en-place and banquets, contributing to high-quality dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, experience in large kitchens, and a passion for cooking. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
