Innovative Talent Group in Baulkham Hills NSW is seeking a Strata Manager to act as Licensee in Charge and oversee compliance for NSW strata schemes. The role is fully remote and part time, offering 20–25 hours per week with compensation up to AU$150K pro rata plus super.

Ideal candidates have a NSW Class 1 Strata Managing Agent Licence and strong strata management experience, with CPD compliance and autonomy. Temp-to-perm options and a supportive team are available.
