Job Description

Panthers Group in Port Macquarie is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to develop culinary skills while supporting a busy dining operation. You will assist with preparation, cooking and presentation, working with an experienced kitchen team to deliver high standards.

1. 3 years in a busy kitchen, a Commercial Cookery qualification, and solid communication and teamwork are ideal; role includes catering for functions and duties across the kitchen with emphasis on food safety.
