Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into an After-Hours Manager role on a permanent part time basis. This position primarily covers evenings, with flexibility across shifts.

You will lead clinical and operational activities after hours, coordinating patient flow, bed management and staffing while mentoring nursing staff and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
