MMS is seeking a senior leader to head Workforce Planning & Optimisation across Maxxia and Rem Serv. You will shape demand-based forecasting, capacity planning and workforce effectiveness for contact centres and processing operations, delivering measurable efficiency and performance improvements.

You will establish governance, drive automation, mentor the planning team and own reporting frameworks that inform executive decisions.
