Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience and skill set)

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. Working closely with the F&B; Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all F&B; areas.

About the Role

- Supervise daily restaurant/ bar operations

- Provide hands-on leadership during shifts

- Support staff training, coaching, and development

- Maintain high service standards across all F&B; outlets

- Assist with rostering, labour control, and workforce planning

- Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace practices

- Liaise with the kitchen, F&B; management, and other departments to deliver seamless service

- Address guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

Qualifications & Experience

- AQF Certificate II or III, OR
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, OR

- Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.

- Experience supervising teams in a customer service-driven environment

- Strong computer literacy, including POS and Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of Fair Work standards and safe work practices

- Ability to build strong guest and team relationships
