About the Role:

With significant growth in the past 24 months we are seeking a Junior Lawyer to join our Sydney team. You will assist with overseeing the carriage of Total Permanent Disability (TPD) matters and will be responsible for ensuring customer care across the practice is satisfactory from engagement through to the resolution of individual clients’ legal matters. Furthermore, you will identify continuous improvement strategies for the practice and assist with implementation of these strategies.

About You:





We are seeking a qualified lawyer with 1 to 2 years’ post admission experience in plaintiff personal Injury. We are looking for a down to earth individual that is diligent and professional with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously within a team structure. You will also have:

- Excellent advocacy skills and proven file management experience.
- TPD experience is desirable.
- An ability to think strategically to identify growth opportunities;
- Strong client-facing and communication skills;
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
