This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tanner team as a full time Team Manager! This high-performing team are deeply connected to the local community and are looking for a like-minded individual to join their team.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running seamlessly while developing your own skillset in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role is supported by industry-leading systems, training and support along the way.

As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

- Effective and efficient project management, including the coordination of listings, sales campaigns, marketing, and stakeholder communication (trades, conveyancers and brokers)
- Day-to-day operational management of the team, ensuring seamless execution and high performance
- Delivery of exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships and a premium client experience throughout the sales process

Who you are:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate in a similar role (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
- An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively,



and sound attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
