About The Role

As the People & Culture Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of the People function and be the trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the business. This newly created role reflects our continued commitment to supporting our people and maintaining the strong culture we’re proud of.

You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, remuneration, recognition, employee relations and offboarding. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and autonomy. You’ll have the opportunity to improve processes, coach leaders, optimise systems and make a meaningful impact across the business.

This is a part-time prospect (20 hours per week), with flexibility around how those hours are worked, whether across three full days or shorter working days spread throughout the week.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys operating autonomously, building trusted relationships and finding practical solutions to people challenges.



You’re comfortable balancing the day-to-day delivery of People activities with partnering with leaders to drive positive employee experiences and business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring at least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or People & Culture roles, along with experience operating in a broad generalist capacity.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience in several of the following areas:

- Employee relations, including performance management and workplace investigations
- Coaching and supporting leaders through people matters
- Performance and remuneration review processes
- Recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Employment legislation and Fair Work compliance
- Employee engagement, culture or people initiatives
- HR systems, reporting and process improvement
- Working within a standalone role or small People team environment

Most importantly, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership, working independently and becoming the trusted People partner for leaders and employees across the business.
