As our workforce continues to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team and support the seamless and efficient mobilisation of employees and plant across all PCH Civil projects.

Reporting to the Pant and Mobilisation Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the mobilisation of employees across all PCH Civil projects. This position calls for strong attention to detail, strategic oversight of plant lifecycle management, and effective coordination of mobilisation logistics. In this role, you’ll work closely with operations, HR, finance and site teams, setting a high standard for communication, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate the mobilisation of employees to project sites, including flights, accommodation and site logistics.
- Work closely with HR, Project Managers and Site Administrators to ensure employees meet mobilisation requirements.
- Maintain accurate site rosters, workforce records and mobilisation documentation.
- Coordinate employee transfers between projects as operational needs change.
- Ensure employee mobilisation activities are organised, compliant and completed on time.
- Provide administrative support to project teams and Site Administrators.
- Support site teams to ensure mobilisation activities run smoothly and efficiently.




- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and operational information.
- Ensure mobilisation processes comply with company policies, client requirements and WHS requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve mobilisation processes and systems.

What you’ll bring

- Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management or similar.
- Experience working on civil, mining or resources projects, with FIFO, DIDO or remote site requirements.
- Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end employee mobilisation and logistics to client needs.
- Proficient in project management systems, specifically MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in dynamic site environments, with the capacity to manage urgent requests and respond efficiently to operational emergencies.
- Solid understanding of WHS obligations relating to plant, equipment, mobile plant and construction sites, with the ability to apply this in day-to-day decision making.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, proactively juggling competing priorities.
