We're seeking a Finance Officer to join our Aged Care Finance team and play a critical role in managing resident billing, accommodation payments, reconciliations and financial administration that helps keep our services running smoothly.About the RoleReporting to the Finance Manager - Aged Care, you will be responsible for a range of financial administration activities supporting our residential aged care services. This role requires solid attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional service to residents, families and internal stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end resident billing and direct debit processingManagement of resident accommodation payments including RADs, bonds, refunds and DAP billingMonthly reconciliations and financial reporting supportMaintaining accurate resident financial records, admissions and departuresManaging the Aged Care Finance inbox and responding to enquiriesProcessing accounting transactions accurately and within required timeframesSupporting compliance with government funding and accommodation payment requirementsProviding administrative support including invoicing, receipting and data entry activitiesAbout you?To be successful in this role,
