Paradise Mazda is looking for a dedicated and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our high performing Parts family.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the main focus of this role is to liaise with trade customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from an electronic catalogue as well as process parts orders.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Answering customer phone calls and interpreting parts – Internal and External

• Attending to customers efficiently and courteously

• Providing quotes for repair enquiries and customers

• Assigning parts to job orders

• Liaising with warehouse staff

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSESS:

• Previous interpreting experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided

• ERA (Pentana) – candidates exposed to this system would be highly regarded

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to communicate clearly & possess a good phone manner





• Exceed customer parts supply expectation

• Provide Parts Interpreting services & support to trade customers

• Build solid relationships with customers and ensure the ongoing relationship is maintained

• Review product developments and updates to remain at the forefront of markets & industries
