Why Join Us?Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) is Australia’s leading media company, home to the Triple M & HIT networks, and Australia’s #1 podcast network, LiSTNR reaching 8M+ monthly listeners.We're shaping the future of Australia’s audio landscape and need passionate, high-performing talent to help us entertain, inform, and inspire—anytime, anywhere.A day in the life?As an Announcer / Brand Experience Specialist, you'll be the voice of our brand both on-air and out in the community, creating engaging content and memorable experiences that connect with audiences across multiple platforms.Working closely with the Content Director and broader content team, you'll help deliver great on-air moments while also supporting promotions, activations and station initiatives that bring our brand to life.fNo two days are the same, but you'll be:Hosting and preparing for on-air shiftsDeveloping content and promotions that grow audience engagementContributing to show planning, strategy and creative sessionsStaying across trends, entertainment and pop culture to keep content fresh and relevantRepresenting the station at events, promotions, client activations and community engagementsAssisting with the coordination and execution of station promotions, competitions and giveawaysSupporting the day-to-day operations of the content team, helping coordinate programming, promotions, scheduling and administrative activities that keep the station running smoothlyBuilding strong connections with listeners, clients and community partnersBringing energy, personality and authenticity to every interaction, both on-air and off-airWhat You'll NeedExperience as an Announcer, Brand Experience Specialist, Promotions Assistant or similar media, entertainment or content-focused roleProven ability to engage audiences through audio, digital, social or experiential contentStrong understanding of contemporary music,
