Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role combines team leadership, clinic coordination and hands-on occupational health work. About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Training & Onboarding Coordinator on new starter onboarding, training needs and ongoing staff competency.
- Supporting recruitment and ensuring relevant staff registrations and certifications remain current.
- Maintaining clinic readiness, including presentation, stock levels, equipment calibration and follow-up of maintenance or safety issues.
- Conducting occupational health appointments as needed, within your qualifications, training and scope of practice.
- Assisting with results processing, quality checks, doctor reviews and outstanding information.
- Supporting the Admin team with enquiries, bookings and paperwork as required.
- Identifying practical improvements to clinic operations, appointment flow and client service.
- Undertaking other duties reasonably requested by the Operations Manager, consistent with your skills, qualifications and experience.

About you

You’re an organised and approachable leader who can support a team, resolve day-to-day challenges and step in to help when needed. You take pride in accurate work and communicate confidently with colleagues, clients and candidates.

You’ll bring:

- Relevant health or medical qualifications, ideally as a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, along with qualifications in occupational health screening. Candidates from other relevant health disciplines with appropriate registration or accreditation will also be considered.
- Experience in people leadership, coaching and performance management.
- Experience in staff rostering, workforce planning and coordinating clinic activities.
- Qualifications and experience in business administration, with administrative experience in a medical or occupational health setting.
- Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and medical or booking software.
- An understanding of confidentiality, privacy and workplace safety requirements.

A current driver’s license, Australian working rights and a satisfactory police check are required. The role involves regular metropolitan travel and occasional interstate travel.
