Macro Mike is leading the charge in the health food space, collaborating with global brands, and creating products that people are just going wild for go.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced, hands-on Social Media & Content Creator who gets energy creating fresh, rippa content, and who understands what good content looks like.

Shoots are a big part of the role. You’ll bring social content to life from concept to camera, planning and filming content across multiple social platforms.

You’ve got a natural eye for what works, feel at home behind the camera, and understand that great content is where creative ideas meet smart strategy. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Development

- Develop content plans, calendars, ideas and creative concepts in line with our brand strategy
- Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others
- Work with the Graphic Design & Paid Media Team to bring ideas to life
- Write engaging social copy, captions, hooks and other content
- Identify social trends and content opportunities
- Support the collaboration with influencers to develop and coordinate social content and campaigns

Content Creation & Production

- Plan, coordinate and execute content shoots
- Capture and edit social-first photo and video content for organic socials
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and UGC-style content

Performance & Insights

- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement to understand what’s working and identify opportunities




- Contribute to performance reporting and use insights to inform future content and social media strategies

Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years in a marketing, brand or campaign role
- Strong background in organic social campaign planning and execution
- Experience with tools such as GRIN, Capcut, Canva and other creative tools
- Experience collating data and reporting on content performance
- Strong organisational skills – you thrive with multiple deadlines, timelines, and moving parts
