About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker, you’ll provide specialist care within the Refugee Health Service, supporting safe, coordinated outcomes for vulnerable people.
- Deliver advanced clinical social work care
- Advise teams and build clinical capability
- Supervise staff and students across sites
- Lead quality improvement, research and education
- Promote hospital avoidance and timely care transitions
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring specialist expertise, sound judgement and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
- Social Work degree eligible for AASW full membership
- Advanced clinical skills in a social work specialty
- Experience managing complex clinical situations independently
- Experience providing clinical supervision to staff or students
- Experience in service improvement, research and professional development
