Our purpose-built Advanced Clinical Trials Centre at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital is home to the Cancer Trials Unit (CTU), giving Western Australians access to cutting-edge cancer treatments and clinical trials.

Your Role in Our Future
As a Clinical Project Coordinator, you'll be right in the middle of bringing cutting-edge cancer clinical trials to life.
Working alongside sponsors, clinicians, participants and research teams, you'll coordinate studies, keeping projects on track, ensuring compliance, and helping deliver new treatment options to patients sooner.

This is your chance to combine project management with purpose and play a meaningful role in research that has the potential to change lives.

Your Experience
We're looking for someone who brings:

- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence liaising with sponsors, clinicians, participants, and internal teams
- Experience working within regulated environments and following established procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach,



with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
